Meteor client asks about Xbox account

I’m scared to let meteor client have access to my Xbox account that’s what it says it can look at my email and I don’t trust it looking at my email what is meteor client gonna do with my email

It sounds like you’re talking about a “login with Microsoft” extension. I have no idea what permission it requested but 99% it only asked for email address, not reading your emails.
