Meteor create --bare, --full

What is the general opinion of these two options?

– bare

This doesn't even create any front or backend scripts at all

– full

This seems to create more files than actual line of code. i.e Many are just or couple of lines of code
imports, and I find it very hard to navigate so many files in order to get up and running...

Could anyone mention the folder structure significance of

imports

  • startup
    both
    client
    server

  • ui
    components
    layouts
    pages
    stylesheets
