Is there a way to “clear cache” and “clear data” from within the meteor android app? It should delete the same data that we delete using android > app settings (screenshot attached). FYI, I am using crosswalk instead of default webview.

This is more a Cordova question than a Meteor-specific issue, but there seems to be a plugin for this (multiple versions of it actually, but this one seemed to most recent).
