The problem is this extension is too old (two and a half years without updates). My chrome (Version 70.0.3538.77 (Official Build) (64-bit)) on Ubuntu 18.04 has some problems when I active this extension: CPU loads like crazy, and chrome crashes.
Today I tried to clone it’s github source and just update some libraries by running npm update, then build new chrome extension. It works much better, much more stable.
I don’t know if the update fixed anything, I just saw some improvements.
