meteor fails to start with the following error.
While checking for boilerplate-generator@1.2.0:

While checking for meteor@1.7.1:
error: No compatible binary build found for this package. Contact the
package author and ask them to publish it for your platform.
Version: Meteror 1.5.1
OS : Windows 2012 R2 server
NOTE: There is no Internet connection on this server.
The same code and the same version of Meteor combination works on another machine with Windows 2012 server.
