Meteor Installation Challenge - Windows 10 (64 Bit)

Hello, I’ve been trying to install Meteor on my Windows 10 PC for a while now without success. Not sure what to do at this point so any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I’ve opened Command Prompt as an Aministrator, wrote ‘meteor create myApp’ on my Desktop and have recieved the following error:

On Windows 10 you need to install Meteor itself using chocolatey from an administrator PowerShell window. That’s really the only time you should use administrator access with Meteor.

When you want to work on your application(s), you need to use a normal PowerShell window. Then, when you do meteor create xxx, the xxx folder will be created in your home directory, which contains the required collateral.
