So I am able to get through the initial installation of meteor just fine but I am unable to create anything. This is as far as I seem to go:

I do not use terminal often but installations I have done before made a new a new directory, but none seems to appear so I do not have control right now.
What is it that I am not seeing and/or is preventing me from finishing my installation?
