Installed meteor through official installer. Doing fine with being integrated into command promt, but not creating project. When I enter “meteor create app” meteor seems to be not doing anything, same thing with “meteor update”.
Antivirus is down and enviroment values is in place.
You need to install as admin. This happens a lot

Oh, also, you MUST reboot when you make global changes. Try that?
