For a while there has been a discussion on how to show deprecated packages so th…at the ecosystem can move forward. This is a first attempt to add a flag to package description that would then warn developers that the package that they have updated has been deprecated. My hope that Galaxy could then take advantage of this flag to display a warning in the same manner that NPM does. Honestly this is my first time I'm even looking into some of these Meteor files, so I have probably missed a lot or made a wrong changes, but my point is not to deliver something working at the first commit (haven't tested this yet), but instead to start a discussion on if my approach is worth expanding on or something else should be done.
