All of us know that updating meteor is a true pain.
Whenever I try meteor update, then cancel it while Extracting meteor-tools@1.4.2_3 (Ctrl + C), and do it again, meteor starts the download again. But doesn’t it know that it has already downloaded it and JUST TRY TO EXTRACT THE FILE?!
So where is that file located? then I might be able to extract it manually.
