Meteor-Svelte or Meteor problem (babel plugin doesn't apply)

Babel plugins don’t run on files processed with meteor-svelte - is that something that needs to change in the project or is it more of an issue in Meteor core?

This was fixed in meteor-svelte 4.0.0-rc.0
