Meteor Toolbox Update

Hello, everyone!

We are happy to announce that we just released a new version of the meteor-toolbox extension!
This update includes the support (go to definition and references) for Methods (default and ValidatedMethods) and Publications (default and publishComposite) with a lot of other improvements.

The extension is available on vscode marketplace and on open-vsx .

This is hugeeee!! One of my favorite features for webstorm now is on VSCode! I’m really inclined to switch now. Thanks a lot for your work @matheusccastro

Thanks for this, @matheusccastro. I experienced a conflict with React Class component properties. Posted as issue in your repo.
