Meteor Toolbox - VS Code Extension

Hello, guys! Just wanted to share this extension that me and my brother @renanccastro created: Meteor Toolbox - Visual Studio Marketplace (also available on Open VSX Registry).

The extension adds IntelliSense for Meteor core and imported/custom packages. It also adds some default run/debug options for VS Code. Please give it a try and let us know what you think!
