We have facing issue some DDP client are not connecting to DDP server. It shows as error message as Not logged in to use DDP user not found and user is not authorised. We have added users in mongodb user collection.
If it saved and we removed unfortunately. Also we have restored the working database.
Post database restore all the DDP client are went down not connecting to DDP server ?
Is there any we have missing ?

Hi yes we have received 3 error message in next line on error log file.
We are insert users directly on the mongodb and during this time some DDP client machine are disconnected from server. Over 300 client are connected and working as expected.
We thought the db insert will cause the issue for client disconnected from server. Then we decided to restore the mongodb as on 17th March of working snapshots as suggested by our vendor.
Post db restore all client mechine disconnected from DDP server on 23rd March 2023.
How can we reconnect those DDP client?
Any update on the above issue and kindly reply on ASAP
