I need to test the hammer:hammer swiperight event so I have to upload my app to galaxy. Is there any other way to test if the swipe event works?
Do I need to delete the app or can I over write on the old one?

If you want to test them on a device can’t you do it locally?:
meteor run ios-device
or:
meteor run android-device
