Package use on Meteor sites

I remember finding a site that allowed users to enter a website and see what packages were in use on that Meteor site. I can’t remember the domain name of the site, does anyone know what I’m talking about?

I do recall one, but I can’t remember the address. It’s easy enough to check yourself, just type Package in the browser console.
