The NodeChef team has launched Performance Monitoring Service powered by open source Kadira APM. Available to anyone who wants to analyze the performance of their Meteor apps.

It really makes you wonder why Kadira did not just experiment with their pricing. I’m sure Nodechef will get plenty of customers.

I belief one such experiment would’ve been trying to opt out of activity that isn’t particularly interesting and just focus on “monitoring” for the wild stuff. 9 bucks per host, is likely a node/instance then?
