We have a product called STPPEIFY a information management platform for school developed using Meteor framework. We also have Android App using Meteor framework. Recently we are facing problem that occurs in some mobiles, It is too random to identify a pattern at this moment. The Android app does not load beyond loading splashscreen and on these phones the webapp also does not load - neither on default Phone browser or Chrome - whereas other sites seem to load.
The problem happens randomly in some makes - Samung Duo, Oppo, etc. and with different versions of Android.
Has anybody faced similar problems. Any pointers will be very helpful.
