Sorry, if it was already discussed, but this issue becomes panful again with Polymer + Meteor development.
Really annoying to rebuild meteor app each time public folder changes, and most changes are in Polymer application files.
Since they hosted in public, is it possible to have an option for Meteor, to turn off /public folder scan to rebuild.
