Reactive Data IOS 9.2 but works fine on 8.3 - Anyone Else?

I am using 8.3 on an iPhone 6 with not issues but on an iPhone 6 with 9.2 and 9.2.1 the data and reactive elements are loading randomly.

Anyone else seeing this issue, their was a WebKit security bug, but that was on older devices.
