Sample project "welcome home page" is not right

hi everyone.i am just new with meteor.
Today i installed latest version on my win7.
Creating new project is ok.
The meteor server is on.
Everything seems to be fine until i open this sample project using
localhost:3000 in chrome.or firefox.
It shows as blank page.
And in web console it has errors like this:
Error: Cannot find module ‘./utils.js’ modules-runtime.js:241:12
TypeError: Package.modules is undefined es5-shim.js:17:5
TypeError: Package.modules is undefined promise.js:17:5
TypeError: Package.modules is undefined babel-runtime.js:17:5
…

does anyone know what is wrong?

no solution works.
