Should Meteor Add Github Stars to Home Landing Page?

I think it would be a good idea to add Meteor’s github star count somewhere on the homepage for validation purposes. Right now, it just states “trusted by +500k developers”.

Adding Github stars may add extra credibility to newcomers… “How does this framework I’ve never heard of have over 40k stars?”

Thanks for the suggestion @mvogt22! We just added it to our home page.

We also created a new page to centralize some resources and community links.

great idea why showing it smaller with K. Writing 43000+ will definetly looks better.

That’s it. We had removed the letter K from other places (it appears in two other places on the homepage). We just removed it from the button as well. Tks!
