Show Indication of Loading with AutoForm meteormethod?

What is the best practice for indicating a form is loading after being submitted?

it seems like end-submit, begin-submit is where to make this happen?

something like a ladda in the button would be great (see http://lab.hakim.se/ladda), but really any indication would be good…
