[SOLVED] Redirect to external URL

Hi,

I’m looking to redirect a internal url to external url using iron-router or simple Meteor API
ex: localhost:3000/visit/ID -> nytimes.com

Is it possible?

Thank you, works fine, forgot to add it into /server
