Stuck "Downloading meteor-tool@1.1.13-beta.1..."

Hi

When trying to update to meteor 1.3 it gets stuck by “Downloading meteor-tool@1.1.13-beta.1…”

Is it because windows 10 is not supported yet for 1.3?

I had the same issue, i ran meteor create --release 1.3-beta.11 just to get the tools, which worked, however it hours and hours to download. Was on a surface pro 4, i5 version.

Ran the same command on OSX and it was done in a couple minutes. Hopefully someone could shed some light on this.
