Suggestion: it may be helpful for the docs to link to, or even incorporate, this great article by ivonig for revolin that explains how to set up AWS Cloudfront CDN for use with Meteor.
I followed it last night and it worked like a charm.

The article does a great job. For example, you can read the Amazon CDN how-to articles all day long and not find out about the custom headers you need to add to your Cloudfront distribution in order to get it to work with Meteor.
