I see from the July update that 1.2 will be the new minimum version of TLS. The update advises Galaxy users to update the minimum TLS version in the settings tab:

For most apps the answer is no.
You should be concern only if you have clients using very very old browser or if you are using very very old libs and doing http requests.
So most apps are good to go. It’s a network layer change.
