The 2019 State of JavaScript Survey

A lot of things within the meteor space are not really great atm and advertising doesn’t help with that.

We’ve been using meteor for the last ~4-5? years in various projects and versions(didn’t try the 1.9 rc yet) and still we’re currently in process of migrating away from meteor.


While i would still consider it for prototyping & complex mvps I would avoid it for any real business at this point of time. I appreciate what tiny is doing and am curious where this journey leads to. Would love to see meteor shine in a new light as it was meteor which brought me out of µC/C-programming to the interesting world of web-development in first place.
