What are some of the top ui libraries for react-native as of now?
carbon-ui looks cool but is pretty new.
Anything else with style that is more platform neutral?

I’m trying to choose my UI library too , thank you for these helpful links 
I’ll have a closer look on carbon-ui because it handles web, react-native-elements looks nice also (includes form and nice social widgets).
Happily, the Carbon UI folks are in contact with the Material UI project. Looks like there may be convergence of APIs there. That’s what I’d bet money on.
