TypeError: undefined is not a function

I am getting above error on my mac machine .

I have tried with every things like

Meteor reset , Delete nod_modules , Refresh NPM install package .

But still getting same error .

I have also download the latest version of Node and meteor .

Note : it working at my window machine but note mac .

it doesn’t give you a file or line where this error happens?

No just show the above error , After that nothing happened and i need to forcefully terminate the terminate.
