I wrote a blog post on how I am doing the upgrade Meteor apps from Angular 1.X to Angular 2.0. TL;DR I just used UpgradeAdapter with angular2-compilers

Thanks, I’ll try but I cannot make any commitments. To be honest after working with it I actually do not like Angular 2.0 over AngularJS 1.

However I did create a PR https://github.com/Urigo/meteor-angular-socially/pull/110 that implements it on Socially. It’s based off step_22 rather than master so it won’t merge cleanly.
