URGENT Galaxy deploy issue: domain already in use

ERROR domainName: This domain is already in use on Galaxy.

Our app was deployed to www.blackship.com
but we are moving it to blackship.whiterabbitexpress.com
so I added the new domain but I get this error when I try to deploy to the new domain

Wrote Galaxy 14 hours ago but still no reply.

Can you share the steps you did? It should just become an app like: blackship.eu.meteorapp.com (if you are in the EU zone and your app is named blackship). From this point on its just a matter of connecting your DNS (external)
