Regarding that meteor-cluster is no longer mantained, and for people who cannot afford Galaxy, or they just want it, what are other alternatives for newer Meteor versions?

Hosted meteor app on google cloud platform . Was straight forward with meteor , mongo, Nginx all on separate compute engines with sal enabled on Nginx . Scaling each of the systems is a click of a button as well.
