What is the Meteor 1.3 release date?

Don’t mean to put people on the spot, I have been away from the forums for the past couple of weeks and I may have missed it.

Is there a planned release date for Meteor 1.3?
Will 1.3 launch with a 1.3 guide at the same time?

I believe someone announced it to be March 21st! Or perhaps I’m seeing things…
