What's more recommended - flow or iron router?

Hi, Iā€™m regular to using iron router with meteor but I noticed that on their API / docs for routing they only talk about flow router.

Was there any change? what is more recommended to use these days?
will iron router still be ok for me to use with meteor or MUST i switch to flow?
