What's this? can't see collections

I can’t access my collections with the command meteor mongo (localhost). I type` meteor mongo reset and then a prompt appear for me to login in what appears to be galaxy.

Are you sure it’s not just your developer login it’s asking for?

I did this the first time and told me my account is not authorized to use Galaxy or so.Now I start the app I get the message above
