Where do you host? And do you have anything great to say about it? And maybe even a link to a guide that helped you a lot 
Any hosts that provides support for you deploy already build images?
(to me it seems that most use their own cli to build and deploy)
To kick it off:
Scalingo
This is my primary. I use scalingo for most hosting. It is “Docker inside” but as far as I understand not able to deploy my own images. In any other area its the best hosting I’ve tried.
Galaxy
Tried it. It worked. Was a bit expensive. I originally chose it because of the automatic SSR - but it didnt work that well in our case (your experience is probably better)
