I already posted this in The Sad State of Web Development as a reaction to the depressive “sad state of meteor”.
I got some nice feedback especially regarding the react vdom part (which is quoted from stack overflow), so I decided to repost it here so people don’t have to read a whole bunch of depressive “the world is bad, node is bad, why am i still using meteor?” posts to get there.
