Why mobile-config.js have no effect?

I have mobile-config.js put on root directory as below:

Why all configuration have no effect? Icon, splash screen, and StatusBarBackgroundColor are all default. Nothing change as to my configuration.

Any help would be appreciated

Do you build again after making changes? These changes don’t go automatically, you really need to run for example: meteor run ios-device again. Hot code push cannot update Cordova changes (and that’s what those are).
