Winston and Meteor 1.3

Hey all,

I spent some time this week writing up how to integrate the Winston Node.js package in your Meteor project. While there are some atmosphere packages that accomplish a similar thing (with less control), using the Node package directly leads to some interesting isomorphic challenges.
