Good domain name for my team work?

I would like to host the first my team work website with Meteor JS.
My team work name Rabbit IT Solutions or Rabbit Technology.
My domain name www.rabbittech.com or www.rabbit-tech?
Please advice.

There are also .tech and .technology TLDs up for grabs, so rabbit.tech or rabbit.technology?

Very thanks for your reply.
I don’t have more experience to set the domain name before (more then 2 words, should be use - or _ or . or concatenate).
So it mean www.rabbit.tech.com or www.rabbit.tech or www.rabbittech.com or rabbit-tech.com?

Leave out the www and com parts, simply go for rabbit.tech
