Is Monti offline for everyone else?
How long has it been offline?
Our US region, used by the integration with Galaxy Professional, did go down, due to two mongo clusters going down in that region. I’m sorry for this issue, and that it lasted so long. I discovered the US region was missing some monitoring we’ve implemented for the European region. The mongo clusters are temporarily healthy, and I’m working on fully resolving it.
