I think there should be a link to the preview for windows on the “Using Windows?” modal. It’s the most easy way to get meteor going on windows IMO.
Btw, should i deinstall the old version before installing the new one or do I just run the installer?
You can launch the installer and it will update your current installation.
There will be a link there soon when the official release comes out. We want most people to have a great first impression, which is why we haven’t been publicizing the preview releases very openly.
